Hardware Specification Suggestions
With Odoo being a cloud based solution, any modern and up-to-date internet connected PC, Mac, tablet or mobile device can access and use the system.
The below are suggested items based largely on Odoo’s range of recommended hardware manufacturers and models which can be found at https://www.odoo.com/app/inventory-hardware .
- Below are our recommendations for hardware to suit common client requirements
- Please note that we do not offer on-going support for hardware devices. We can recommend an IT support provider should this be required.
- You may wish to consider your ATEX zoning as well as network requirements when purchasing devices.

Hardware Configuration
Zebra ZD421T for 6 x 4 Inch Asset Labels
We've included configuration files below for the Zebra printer drivers which should load the required configuration to the printer's driver to allow printing on 6 x 4 inch asset labels.
- To import these configuration files:
- On Windows open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select the appropriate printer and then select Manage
- From there, select Printer Properties
- Select the Driver Settings tab.
- From this window you can import the below configuration files. We suggest starting with this user (64-setup-user.drx) then import for all users (64-setup-all.drx).
